Join a youth social action charity challenges 18 to 25-year-olds to tackle educational inequality through a year of full-time social action. You will support a team of volunteer mentors, who support school activities by coordinating, managing and evaluating the programme. The Volunteer Mentors also complete a Leadership and Development programme and you will work with them on a professional development plan to chart their continuous professional development and ready them for employment. The role is primarily a school-based post from Monday to Thursday and is based in a regional venue on most Fridays. See locations above.
