ServiceNow Lead Solution Architect (SC Cleared)- Remote- 3 Months- 600- 700 Inside IR35 The Lead Solution Architect is responsible for leading the design and development of innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business. The primary objective of this role is to deploy, maintain and improve the ServiceNow Service Management platform used to support its external customers and internal staff. The role will be providing technical leadership, to lead and support the team by coaching and mentoring a high performing and engaged team. Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of complex IT solutions that meet the business needs of the organisation. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into solution designs. Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation. Provide technical guidance to the development team to ensure the quality and integrity of the final solution. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. Proven track record of designing and delivering complex IT solutions that meet business needs. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, Service Catalogue, CMDB, Performance Analytics and Reporting. Demonstrable knowledge of Domain Separation and RBAC controls. Demonstrable knowledge of Platform Integrations and data normalization. Demonstrable knowledge of scripting in one or more of the following: JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, Angular etc. Excellent understanding of ServiceNow platform administration. About the role: We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator with hands-on experience of supporting on-prem ServiceNow implementations on Linux based Operating Systems. You will be providing 2nd and 3rd line support as part of a Supplier team operating in a new and very dynamic customer business environment. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will administer and support multiple ServiceNow instances to meet the unique business needs of our users and developers. You will work with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, developers, product owners and other stakeholders to understand and provide solutions across different applications on the ServiceNow platform.
