Analyse trends in KPIs, revenues, costs, and other financial metrics to identify risks and opportunities. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making. Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including dashboards, for senior leadership. Support the preparation of Board presentations and other stakeholder communications. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in financial reporting. Work closely with departments (e.g., operations, sales, marketing) to understand KPI drivers behind financial performance. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and recommend improvements. Automate reporting processes using tools like Excel macros, Power BI, or Tableau. Collaboration: Partner with accounting teams during month-end close to ensure accurate financial results. Liaise with department heads to understand their financial needs and ensure alignment with the company's goals.
