To support and facilitate change and transition along the journey to excellence. To be a consistent support to avoid any further disruption. To be an active participant in supporting the timetable in all it's different context. Complete assessments and records of students progress and achievement when needed. Work 1.2.1 and group settings to support pupils with complex needs. Able to engage students in their lessons and support with the work. Experience of behaviours that challenge and good deesclation techniques. A calm and resilient individual with experience of supporting students in KS3 and KS4 The successful candidate will Hold a Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification. Have experience in an SEMH/ PRU setting. Hold relevant experience / qualifications suited to supporting learners with additional needs. Have experience supporting learners with SEMH, behaviours that challenge & SEND needs. Be resilient, dedicated and reliable. Level 2 team teach trained would be preferable.
