A fantastic school in Derby is looking for a LSA / Learning Support Assistant to join their team in March 2021. The role is based in a Secondary School (KS3-KS5) with a separate SEND department for children with a range of additional needs including Autism, hearing & visual impairments, physical difficulties and behavioural difficulties. The post requires an experienced individual who is able to work as part of a team, support with an engaging curriculum and who is child centred in their approach. Team-Teach training is strongly advised, however not essential. The school is offering a long term placement of 5 days a week starting in March 2021. The successful applicant will enjoy support and guidance and a very friendly team, who work together and aim towards the best possible educational experience for their students. The post requires an immediate start and is very rewarding. It is ideal for LSA's who have SEN experience who are looking to take their next step, or for those who are keen to begin a career within this setting. Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Nottinghamshire - The Supply Register £120-£175 per day The Supply Register are in the process of recruiting an Art & Design teacher to fill a maternity cover starting in February at one of our partnered secondary schools in Nottingham. We are currently seeking an experienced Art & Design teacher with/willing to obtain a Machine H&S certificate prior to the January start date. Applicants should be experienced in teaching both Art and Design and be available full time from January. Requirements: Have experience teaching within a school or Newly qualified Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teachers Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons. Set high expectations of behaviour and learning from the outset of the lesson Supervise and deliver work that has been set.
