Conveyancing Paralegals or Secretarys with an opportunity to develop property career Our client is seeking a number or property Paralegals / Legal Secretaries to join the busy Conveyancing teams based in Maidstone, Dartford and Eltham (south London). You will be working as part of a team assisting fee earners with a busy/high volume caseload of residential freehold/leasehold sales/purchases and re-mortgages acting primarily for panel lenders. Any additional experience with Commercial Property work would be an added bonus. You will be assisting with property transactions from initial instruction through to completion which includes liaising with vendors/solicitors/mortgage lenders/brokers/estate agents and local authorities as well as preparing letters, reports, carrying out general administration duties including typing, filing, Searches, preparing completion statements, SDLT forms, and requisitions from the Land Registry Office. Candidates must have previous experience in property work, be IT literate, have experience working with Case Management systems and be comfortable working in fast paced environment. Salary dependant on experience plus bonus.
