SAP HR/Payroll Consultant + Initial 4-6 week contract + 500 to 540 per day + Fully remote Key Skills: + SAP HR/Payroll + SAP SuccessFactors SAP HR Payroll and SuccessFactors Consultant: + Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and map client s HR and payroll processes to SAP SuccessFactors functionalities. + Configuration and Implementation: Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Payroll, and other relevant modules + User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support and guidance. + System Testing and Troubleshooting: Participate in system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of defects. + Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including functional requirements/specifications, system configurations, and user guides. + Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with organizational goals and objectives. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in SAP Payroll/HR industry. Experience with at least two full life cycle implementations of SAP HR/Payroll. Preference of public sector and local government industry experience Technical Skills: Advanced configuration skills for SAP HR/Payroll and SuccessFactors. Proficiency in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems. Certifications: Certified SAP HR/Payroll Consultant.

The position offers the opportunity for remote working, with office presence as required. As a location we can consider any TUI (office) location in Europe. The role requires fluency in German and English. This role will drive the digital transformation in HR within TUI Group. A few years ago, SAP SuccessFactors was introduced as the new HRIT platform. For this, we are looking for creative, open-minded, innovative and inquisitive individuals to support the roll-out of the modules to other countries. Our next big project is the introduction of Employee Central in Germany. ABOUT THE JOB Responsible for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management (e.g. Time off and Time Tracking) Implementation of Time off and Time Tracking in Germany for around 6.000 employees across several legal entities. Further international roll out is on the road map. Responsible for the management of time off and for the further roll out in several countries Maintain a network of Key Users across TUI to lead and influence their decision making to ensure their process design fits to the standard functionality of SuccessFactors Training of Key Users within the business in line with our train the trainer approach and utilizing our digital adoption tool Take a leading role in system design, ensuring documentation and processes are maintained and updated Responsible to lead the testing of the solution with regards new functionality and releases Helping to shape and drive forward the digital transformation in HR and modernisation of HR processes in the TUI Group Contact as well as application and process consultant for our internal customers, departments and users Collaboration in (inter)national HR projects and assumption of (partial) project leadership ABOUT YOU Successfully completed technical or business studies or comparable knowledge and qualifications acquired in practice Several years of professional experience in the area of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central incl.
