KEY RESPONSIBILITIES What you'll be doing: Assist internal teams (sales, client strategy, account management, trading) and liaise with clients for troubleshooting, joining calls and hot desking in client offices in London. Assist in hands-on support for general team deliverables as required by the business. Provide end to end troubleshooting support for campaign-related queries in our ticketing system(s), reducing discrepancies and resolving technical issues. Ownership of SLAs, OKRs and team buddy checks, supporting the Head of Technical Operations with monitoring and improvement Act as a point of contact for technical expertise across the business. Collaborate with TechOps team members to build out technical resources for internal and external use. Work on independent projects to improve processes, automation, and reduce discrepancies.
