The Role: We are recruiting for a site based electrical non-working site supervisor responsible for supervising electrical building services installations including lighting, power, emergency lighting including lighting, power, emergency lighting for a new build 16m (M&E value) project in Norfolk which is due for handover in August 2026. The role can be permanent or on a fixed term contract basis depending on your location. There may be an opportunity to stay on with the company after the project however this will depend on continued growth and the future order book. You will be responsible for all electrical elements on site, liaising with the project manager/engineer and the principal contractor. You will manage the programme, submit material requests as required, ensure safe systems of work, oversee both direct and sub-contract labour and help to ensure the project runs within time and quality constraints. The Person: Previous experience of supervising commercial electrical installations at site level. Non-working experience and supervision of trades is essential. It is essential that you have basic computer skills and can use the Microsoft products. The Salary: Daily rate of between 200 / 225 or 50k to 60k depending on experience.
