Demonstrate the ability to support with creating a learning environment that effectively caters for pupils with special education needs and behavioural challenges. Demonstrate patience, empathy, composure, and diligence; to maintain an optimal and safe learning environment for children with statemented special needs. Be flexible and adaptable, willing and able to think on your feet. Possess a recent, enhanced copy of a DBS or be willing to obtain one from Principal Education. Possess an overseas police clearance from any country that you have resided in for six months or more within the last five years, outside of the United Kingdom. Be based in a London borough, or within commutable distance. Pay rates for work as an LSA in our special needs schools/provisions, typically range from £100 - £115 per day . However, if you secure an ongoing role in the one school, then we will aim to pay you a daily rate which aligns with the salaries offered by the respective school.
