Objectives of this position Coordinate and control of service arrangements by liaising with customers and delivery team. Manage the diaries/pipeline and workflow of delivery team whilst ensuring that all appointments are booked correctly. Oversee the geographical service coverage. Change and update the bookings to ensure these are cost effective and logical. Ensure that all drainage related emails, enquires and customer complaints are promptly handled. Ensure all drainage reports sent by the engineers have a clear description of the services required to customers. Ensure customer journey is up to standards required by Environ. We must have happy customers. Organise access into properties (i.e. key collection, etc.) Oversee and enhance the daily operation of the drainage division by collaborating with the team leader and members of the team Demand report compliance onsite and report any failures to the Pest control and Drainage team leader. Carry out random checks on technician reports to ensure compliance for H&S and upselling elements purpose. Ensure that all staff are in branded uniform. Be the first point of contact for all inquiries and issues from office staff and technicians. Preferred skills and qualifications High School Diploma or higher qualification Experience in customer service, sales and management skills Attention to detail Have the ability to manage a team and resolve staffing or operational issues Have the ability to work on your own with minimum supervision after the training is completed Patient and the able to remain calm in stressful situations Have excellent verbal communication skills Have the ability to think clearly using logic and reasoning Able to carry out tasks on a computer or hand-held device; use emails, internal systems after training provided Benefits and Pay Working hours are from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday The pay for this position is up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) 28 days paid holiday leave (after completion of probationary period) Staff uniform is provided The added benefit of joining a fast-paced, young, and dynamic team! Objectives of this position The purpose of the Service Coordinator is to coordinate, organise and oversee Environ's works from start to finish. The Service Coordinator should remember that brand, image and service delivery is what makes Environ stand out from its competitors, therefore, a key aspect of this role is to ensure customer service, service delivery and staff morale are up to/beyond the standards required by Environ.
