Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive of Paralegal required for established commercial practice based in Haywards Heath. You will be taking over an existing caseload ofresidential sales/purchases, re-mortgages, buy to let properties, shared ownerships, equity transfers, auction sales and land purchases. Any additional experience with leases, tenancy agreements or enfranchisement would be an advantage. Working closely alongside the existing property department the successful individual will be supported by a team of support staff and must be IT literate. Clients vary and include private individuals, (some HNW), celebrities, entrepreneurs and clients from the technology sector. Are you a Private Client Solicitor, CILEX or Probate Executive seeking a new role in the Littlehampton area which is offering hybrid working? You will be joining a small team of this 3 Partner high street practice working from the firms Rustington office closely alongside a Probate Partner, a Fee Earner, and supported by 2 Legal Assistants. The successful lawyer will be advising on personal Tax matters (IHT & CGT), dealing with Probate & Estate work, drafting Wills & LPAs, and ideally have some knowledge of Trusts and COP/deputyship work. Individuals will need to be IT literate and have experience/be comfortable working with Case Management systems.
