The Lecturer - Group Lead (Digital Marketing) will be responsible for delivering the best imaginable teaching, learning and assessment experience for our students. The successful candidate will have a multi-disciplinary background and in-depth knowledge of best LTAF practices along with contemporary Industry knowledge. The Lecturer - Group Lead (Digital Marketing) will lead and develop successful and innovative pedagogy, with a focus on high standards and best possible student outcomes. As a Group Lead, you will be accountable for the success of the students in your groups and support, challenge and stretch their achievements. Successful candidates for this role will be able to teach across the broad range of disciplines, to deliver hands on practical learning as well as the relevant theory and context. Ideally you will have experience of teaching in a further educational setting although the calibre of professional experience will also be as important. The ideal candidate will have a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one upon appointment. You must have operational managerial experience within an educational setting (ideally Post 16) and the ability to design and teach courses across a range of areas relating to Fashion Industry in addition to your own area of expertise/specialism.
