Each module ASO is also responsible for achievement of each student and the KPI set up in line with RCL overall KPI of for every 100-student enrolled, RCL needs to certificate 80, that is 80% certification rate regardless of the duration of the course. At the end of each module completion, the respective ASO needs to prepare a module evaluation report MER, with in an agreed timescale reviewed by the Head of School and reported to AD/Principal. This report should be compiled by the Quality Office but prepared by the respective ASO. Scheduled formative assessment and finally summative assessment sessions: The following are pre-requisite to acceptance of a contract: 1. Evidence of detailed formative feedback. 2. Evidence of detailed summative feedback. 3. For avoidance of doubt, one-line feedback is not allowed and also copy paste feedback from other students is also not allowed. Each student is unique and each student work is also unique, failure to adhere to these new regulations will be a breach of contract with RCL. 4. This position is on a part-time basis, offering a 0.6-hour contract which equates to three days per week. The Business Studies teacher role is on a permanent basis. The Business studies Programme Leader will be committed to deliver high quality teaching, responsivity for day to day issues, exams and timetabling are also included. A consistent approach will help you motivate students through outstanding teaching and learning that challenges the students You should be passionate about Business Management and the teaching involved. Enthusiasm about developing your students English, Maths and employability skills should also motivate you. You will be committed to set regular targets and you will monitor progress m to ensure that all students achieve successful outcomes.
