The Ablett unit also hosts an 8 bedded male locked rehabilitation ward (Cynnydd) as well as a 10 bedded Older Persons' functional ward (Tegid ward). Consultant Psychiatrist in General Adult Acute Care Inpatient Psychiatry There are 2 wards for adults in Ablett Unit, with 10 beds for females (Dinas Female) and 10 beds for male inpatients (Dinas Male) as well as an S136 suite. The Home Treatment Team is also based in the Ablett Unit.
