Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with SEN in Early Years. Assist with classroom management and create a nurturing, safe learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists to implement tailored learning strategies. Support children's social, emotional, and educational development. Requirements: Experience : Previous experience working as a TA in an SEN or Early Years setting is essential. Qualification : A Level 2+ Teaching Assistant qualification. Safeguarding : Up-to-date safeguarding training (Prospero Teaching can provide this). Right to Work : You must hold the right to work in the UK. DBS : An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to process a new application.
