Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer - To £45K + Package Working closely with the Lead (Principal) Electrical Engineer, you'll have full autonomy for running your own design projects and being the main point of contact for clients. This niche building services consultancy has grown from 1 - 8 permanent staff and are on track to deliver £1M turnover this year. Rather than having to bid for work, all their work is secured by direct appointment and negotiation with the client, which means that you'll have enough time, and enough of a fee to produce a design properly. Working closely with the founder a Chartered Engineer with 22 years industry experience (17 years with their previous consultancy, rising from Graduate to Partner), you'll gain exposure to every element of running a business, including preparing fees and bids, invoicing, running design projects, mentoring and developing engineers and being the main client point of contact on your projects.
