The role will work alongside the Lead Engineer, Platform Architect, the wider CRM team and key stakeholders of the Microsoft CRM Dynamics (D365) solution, providing deep knowledge of D365 CRM, Power Platform and in particular Custom API and Fluent UI solutions. Job Specification Lead the design, impact assess User Stories and ongoing development of our D365 CRM solution, by collaborating with internal and 3rd party teams and delivering change via an Agile delivery methodology Collaborate with 3rd party service providers, Group IT and strategic programmes to deliver prioritised functional and non-functional change; review new features/updates and assess for impact and benefit across all aspects of the end-to-end solution Collaborate with 3rd parties and internal teams to recommend enhancements, designs and improvements to the performance, security and integrity of the CRM application and its data, as further business requirements are identified Ensure compliance with the SSDLC, agreed quality, governance, processes and standards Coach & mentor team members and wider colleagues on the technical skills required to improve their competency & quality The successful candidate should ideally be able to demonstrate: Extensive technical experience with MS D365 (CE) design, development, code management and platform/telemetry monitoring; Microsoft/Azure integration tools, Power Apps, JavaScript, C#, SQL server, the Azure platform Significant experience of IT software development and methodologies, within a controls based framework, including the use of automation and continuous integration tools, such as Microsoft DevOp's and Subversion/Jira Experience of a fast-paced DevOp's environment (Agile/Scrum delivery) and be flexible in approach to work environment and responsibilities The ability to work collaboratively and as a strong team player on a day-to-day basis, but also be able to work individually as required Build knowledge, maintain and continuously learn new skills to develop own ability and keep abreast of emerging software, development methods, tools and standards Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal Good interpersonal skills, with a pro-active, creative, analytical and enquiring nature Compliance with team, department and company policy and procedure Candidates must be UK based and have the right to work in the UK without any restrictions.
