Key Responsibilities: Teaching and Learning Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in ICT, Media, and eSports in line with the national curriculum Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students with different learning styles and abilities. Incorporate eSports-based learning strategies to develop teamwork, leadership, and strategic thinking Track student progress and implement interventions to improve outcomes. Qualifications and Attainments; QTS Evidence of recent CPD/ In-service training. Excellent subject knowledge. Ability to lead the teaching of Media, computing/esports and ICT across the school age range (11-18). Ability to set high standards in the classroom for themselves and others. Ability to line manage a team of staff. Evidence of sound IT skills and its application in teaching and learning in computing and ICT.
