Minimum Requirements: Experience of developing others within the context of your subject specialism. Subject matter expert with exemplary knowledge of the pedagogy underpinning your subject specialism. QTS (or equivalent) and experience as a school leader. Excellent knowledge of the Teachers' Standards (2012), the Initial Teacher Training (ITT) Core Content Framework, and the Early Career Framework. Experience in developing, mentoring, and coaching inexperienced teachers within a training route for at least two years (e.g., PGCE, Schools Direct, Teach First).
