The Fa ade Estimator: Numerical Proficiency. Pre-handover budget compiling and guided value engineering. Post-handover budget inputting onto Project Probe. Ensure all assigned opportunities and tenders are tracked and chased and results noted, including conversion to next stage, or closure. Update subcontractor, supplier and client information on Project Probe, as necessary. Attend estimating meetings as required. Knowledge of curtain walling, cladding, glazing, and other facade systems Experience in drawing takeoffs Experience in building up costs on a Labour/Plant/Material basis Analytical, able to apply attention to detail and desire to provide high-quality work.
