What you do: Focusing solely on the upper quartile of the property market, you will offer each client a bespoke marketing strategy, using the local, national and international exposure offered to them within the Fine & Country network. You will work closely with each client from initial enquiry/contact through to when they handover the keys. What we do: Provide a back-office service - you will have a pre-sales team, post sales team and admin support team working behind the scenes for you. We help and support with; administration, dealing with calls, booking appointments, marketing, sales progression, marketing exposure, lead generation. We provide marketing agreements, chase payments, social media campaigns, Sprift, all property portals, new to the market/sold in your area campaigns, leaflets and online targeted advertising. We will provide you with all the tools, support and help you need to be a successful estate agent, earn a great income and enjoy a better work/life balance.
