As a graduate/trainee recruitment consultant you will be responsible for building your own client and candidate base in your specific market. You will develop long term relationships with by understanding their needs and preferences. You will be expected to respond to specific resourcing requirements and provide suitable high quality candidates. This is by no means an easy role - it is a fast paced, challenging sales roles - but the rewards can be phenomenal.
