You'll be supporting the growth of architecting capability, of the solution and its interfaces, validating technology assumptions, evaluating implementation alternatives, and supporting the functional consultants and CRM engineers with lower level solution design. You'll also support a pipeline of features and improvements to allow frequent and incremental delivery of end-user value whilst leveraging Microsoft latest innovations and contributing to the development of architecture skills across the team by sharing knowledge, best practices, lessons learned, and mentoring others. As well as this, you'll be: Leading on the development of High-Level Solution Designs (HLSD), interacting with Wealth Enterprise Architects, Security, Infrastructure, API and Data colleagues Owning the technical design issues and driving resolution through the iteration of the technical solution design Leading the activities to shape requirements, validating designs and prototypes to deliver change that aligns with the target architecture Promoting adaptive design practices to drive collaboration of feature teams around a common technical vision using continuous feedback The skills you'll need To take on this role, you'll need practitioner knowledge of solution architecture frameworks, modern technologies such as Cloud, microservices and AI, agile architecture and DevOps practices, including a deep understanding of business use cases and emerging trends that drive organisational success. You'll also need expertise in D365 CE & Power Platform, deep knowledge of Dataverse, model-driven apps, and integration patterns across the Microsoft ecosystem.
