Key Responsibilities of the UX Designer: Use web analytics, user testing, session recordings, heat maps, and feedback to identify user pain points and implement user-centred solutions based on insights and best practices Develop and iterate visual and UX concepts, including user flows, wireframes (low and high fidelity), screen components, and assets Collaborate with the Digital Product Owner and CRO team to create ideas, concepts, designs, and assets for A/B testing Ensure designs are practical and achievable within timelines and technical platforms.
