Customer Service Advisor/Sales Administrator - Gas/Electric Retail Market We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor/Sales Administrator to join our clients team on a 6 month initial contract. Initially you will work from home until the current pandemic allows an onsite working presence in Manchester again. Working hours will be: Hours of work: Tuesday to Friday 12:00 - 20:00 Saturday 10:00 - 18:00 Working days: Tuesday - Saturday We are looking for someone with experience of the UK energy retail marketplace to help grow our clients business. Our client is a new-ish Gas/Electricity Supplier to the UK so you should be excited by the prospect of building a channel and working in a start-up environment. In this role you will be the principle point of contact for our clients external sales channel partners and will be a key part of the day-to-day operational support team. You will have a keen eye for detail, be a highly competent user of Microsoft Office, be comfortable generating reports and have excellent database management skills. Responsibilities Maintain all incoming and outgoing business operational requests Manage user access requests and troubleshooting Work to key KPIs and run reports to deadlines in an efficient and timely manner Generate and maintain key reports for internal and external stakeholders Manage the Sales Platform Mailbox ensuring a timely response to all enquiries Assist in the preparation of Quality Assurance survey data Providing support through external sales partners operating hours Providing cover and carrying out tasks on behalf of our Sales Team when required Our client is negotiable on the daily rate.
