Your new role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing programme of a steel-frame building, to include brickwork, cladding, roofing, internal and external works on the initial project in the Northwest.You will be required to oversee the subcontractors and direct labour in order to meet the programme of works. You will be responsible for carrying out audits, inspections and quality control along with undertaking any site inductions as required. You will liaise with Project/Contracts Managers, communicating regular progress reports and ensuring the project is kept on track.
