We are looking to recruit someone like you to work in our Newton le Willows office as an Education Recruitment Resourcer Edstaff is a well-established independent Education Recruitment agency covering the northwest of England and is looking to recruit someone like you to work in our Head office based in Newton Le Willows The Role We are looking for someone who has experience working in a school and is looking to take their career in a different direction. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be working and supporting our Recruitment Consultants helping find and build a pipeline of candidates to work in roles such as Teaching Assistants and Teachers. Your main role will be to source and recruit teachers and other educational staff to meet the demands of schools in the areas we cover. You will then progress to managing requests from schools, finding suitable teachers for the posts, and following through to a successful outcome. To be successful in this role you will need: A passion for the education sector ideally a teaching background Experience in recruitment is ideal but not necessary The right candidate will be friendly, motivated, hardworking, organised, enjoy building relationships and have the will to succeed. The ability to work hard, Motivate and encourage yourself in developing and recruiting others Be great at building relations Experience in Social media The ability to organise and manage your own workload and have a structured mindset.
