The opportunity Teva is searching for a creative, resourceful, and collaborative Sr. Director of Investor Relations Europe and Asia to join its global IR team. The Sr. Director of Investor Relations will report to the SVP, Head of Investor Relations, and working closely with the CFO and entire Executive Management Team, will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of all investor relations activities. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management in support of communicating the company's mission, strategic objectives, and progress to the investment community, including current and prospective shareholders and research analysts. How you'll spend your day Ensure compliance with all disclosure rules and regulations, e.g. SEC Regulation FD. Collaborate with SVP, Head of Investor Relations and the entire IT team to develop and implement investor relations plan and strategy. Partner with senior leadership and functional heads, such as the Executive Management Team, Legal, Corporate Communications, Business Development and others to assist with specific IR activities and communications. Support the planning of an active investor relations calendar of conferences, non-deal roadshows, and other investor and analyst events. Work closely with corporate communications and other cross-functional business partners to maintain consistent external messaging, including developing press releases, presentations, public statements, key messages, and Q&As for company announcements. Manage quarterly earnings public disclosures and logistics including the development and production of earnings press release, conference call presentation and scripts, etc. Lead the collection, analysis, and presentation of feedback to the company of investors' perceptions and opinions, brokerage security analysts' positions and summaries, relative stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis. The analysis is provided and presented to the senior leaders and the Board of Directors in written and oral form. Collaborate with Business Development regarding out and in license partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, divestments and execute research and analysis required, including strategic fit, competitiveness, consolidation and valuation analyses, "what if" scenario analyses, and similar work. Support the preparation of SEC filings with the legal and accounting staff. Develop and maintain valuable relationships with investors and sell-side research analysts; be lead advisor on all aspects of EU and Asian-based shareholders, EU/Asian IR matters. Produce investor materials in collaboration with senior leadership in preparation for conferences, events, roadshows, and other presentations. Advise leadership team of competitor actions that might impact the company. Other duties as assigned. Your experience and qualifications Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree required. Advanced degree preferred. Previous experience in equity research and investment banking within the innovative pharmaceutical industry is required. At least 10 years of experience in the Healthcare sector, pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience is preferred. Exceptional oral and written communications and presentation skills (strong skills in PowerPoint). Strong understanding of accounting or financial modeling. A professional, outgoing personality with a high level of energy, a strong work ethic, resourcefulness and flexibility. Excellent interpersonal skills; enthusiastic, team player and self-starter; commitment to excellence. Strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail and diligence in a deadline-driven environment. Comfortable being both an individual contributor and team player. A person with an insatiable appetite to learn more and be a part of a dynamic team. This role requires working together with different time zones and requires a high level of flexibility.
