Proven track record of KS5 leadership Experience in pastoral and academic development at Sixth Form level, with the ability to drive improvement across A-Level provision. Subject expertise in Business Studies or Economics With the capability to lead and support teaching quality within these areas. Strategic leadership skills Able to support and deputise for the Assistant Principal: Sixth Form, lead on raising standards, and manage transition programmes effectively.
