Remedial Works Identify repair requirements during maintenance visits. Produce accurate quotations including labour, materials and scope of works. Vehicle & Equipment Maintain company van stock and tools. Ensure testing equipment remains calibrated. Participate in the on-call rota when required. Essential Experience Minimum 2-5 years' experience maintaining commercial gas systems. Proven HVAC maintenance experience within commercial environments. Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability. Experience working to SFG20 maintenance standards. Knowledge of F-Gas compliance. Experience maintaining larger commercial plant including: Chillers, Large AHUs, Commercial boilers, Critical building services equipment, Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
