We also offer our members the opportunity to subscribe to add-on channels which they can cancel at anytime and to rent or buy new release movies and TV box sets on the Prime Video Store. We are seeking an innovative, results-oriented resource manager to scope, build and lead Resourcing Management across Prime Video EMEA. If you are motivated by creating programs from scratch, delving into diverse business functions and developing a structured project plan with significant impact, then this could be the place for you! In order to connect with our customers more effectively, Prime Video is developing new approaches to resource management that help support our rapidly growing team and evolving business. We value curiosity to learn and a fearless approach to evaluating and adopting new technologies and ideas.

To be successful in this role you will have a mix of strategic vision and hands-on project management skills, as well as be comfortable embracing ambiguity. Your ability to quickly understand the business context and priorities, together with your analytical, creative and problem-solving mind, will lead you to deliver against tangible business metrics. You are able to simplify the complex, establishing robust processes that accelerate decision-making and provide clarity, even when the situation itself is not fully defined. You have strong vision coupled with excellent written & verbal communication skills. You are able to work autonomously, adept at building positive relationships across a wide range of teams, functions and locations, and have demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement. You make smart decisions and are seen as an expert in your own field, while constantly stretching yourself into areas that go beyond what you know now. You will push the boundaries by challenging the status quo, driving adoption for new ways of working, optimizing towards our vision, and building long-term programs that have measurable impact. You will lead resourcing across a team of brand managers, producers, media managers, social managers and product managers based in multiple countries across the EMEA region. You will work directly with the senior management team to make decisions and enable the entire team to deliver most effectively for our customers against leadership business priorities.
