The Tel Aviv based Amazon Web Services (AWS) Development Center plays a key role in building the "Application Migration" and "Elastic Disaster Recovery" services, providing migration and DR solutions for any application or database from any source (physical, virtual, or cloud) to AWS with near-zero downtime and 100% data integrity. Customers rely on our services to provide reliable business continuity solutions that simplify mobilizing entire workloads and environments to AWS.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Software Development Manager to join CloudEndure and lead several teams in the development of our services and technology, in a space packed full of opportunities and challenges. A Senior Software Development Manager in CloudEndure works with their teams to provide scalable, reliable, and secure business continuity and mobility solutions, building new features and capabilities, taking ownership over the service's operations, stability and security, handling customer escalations, building teams and processes, collaborating with business stakeholders and other AWS service teams, and innovating for our customers.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the large opportunity that AWS presents and about technology and management in general.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Tel Aviv, ISR

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of engineering team management experience
- 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience designing and developing large scale, high-traffic applications
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux, C++ or Java, object-oriented and service- oriented Architecture
