We d like you to have up to date knowledge of building construction and products relevant to properties and schemes as well as a solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and CDM, as it related to refurbishment and maintenance contracts. You will have the ability to plan, lead and support projects and enjoy working at pace and with colleagues across the business. You ll be comfortable working with colleagues across the business in an environment focused on continuous improvement and digital innovation.
