The role involves carrying out planned Carpentry/Joinery maintenance to properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of Supervision. A Multi-skilled/Carpenter would also ideally be able to cover most aspects of property maintenance, to enable you to complete all parts of a job rather than just your core trade, experience is essential. You will take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters. You will also operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas. Typical work will comprise of day to day repairs/maintenance, renewal or refurbishment works to properties.
