The role
As an Integrations Project Manager, you will be responsible for the timely and effective delivery of the delivery of the integration for the VWUK ERP programme, including the following streams of work.
Key Accountabilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
• Own the planning and task management for the integration delivery streams
• Run daily stand-ups (where applicable) to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Ensure tasks and objectives align with the Advance programme
• Ensure team are delivering on objectives to deadlines
• Provide progress updates and reporting to overall Advance project
• Run steering meetings on integrations, including Third Party where necessary
• Report on spending with third parties - budget vs actual • Interface into other streams and third parties • Key Stakeholder management
• Update the programme with project activities and ensure task statuses are updated
• Develop realistic long term strategic roadmaps and resource plans in collaboration with key business stakeholders to bring data and reporting services inhouse.
• Organise the short term "look ahead" plans and activities in accordance with the strategic roadmap.
• Manage budgets, costing and forecasting.
