Huntress have been appointed to source an internal recruiter with around 2 years' experience to join this global professional services company for a 12-month assignment with high likelihood of being extended.

Key Info:

• Candidates MUST be SC cleared or eligible to be SC cleared
• 12 month contract - extension likely
• Location - Newcastle - hybrid
• Hybrid - in the office 1 day per week
• Fully remote working opportunities available if required
• PAYE Payrate - £235 p/d
• Umbrella Payrate - £315 p/d
• Title - Talent Connecting Analyst

As a Talent Connector, you'll work directly with project executives to fill open roles on client projects with talent from across the business. You'll thrive in this role by connecting internal candidates to their best-fit roles serving our clients, helping our people fulfil their aspirations while achieving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Along with your Talent Connector team, you will play a critical role in staffing - supporting this connection of our people to projects is at the heart of our business.
• You will serve as a key point of contact for project executives regarding all internal role fulfillment to help them build the best teams for our clients.
• Working in our world-class technology systems that leverages deep artificial intelligence capabilities, you will search for and match open project roles with 'best fit' candidates.
• You'll build and leverage the skills of the business area you support and connect regularly with executives to understand the details of their open roles and advise them on key staffing opportunities and challenges - ie provide timely communication on demand that may be at risk.

• Represent business priorities for the areas you support and conveying key messages to project executives.
• Work cross functionally with Human Resources to co-create solutions to challenging roles needing to be filled.
• Leverage data and reporting to monitor key staffing metrics, collaborating with your Talent Connector team to address gaps. Ensure high quality demand data and accuracy of all

Basic Qualifications: Internal Recruiter

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience
• Advanced English level (MANDATORY

Preferred Qualifications: Recruitment

• Degree preferably with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management. Prior consulting experience or HR/Talent Acquisition experience. Experience working with large, fast paced organizations. Excel skills. Experience using HCM tools (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, etc.) Professional Skills. Effective communication and relationship management skills. Problem solving/research. Customer service/customer relationship management. Excel and Analytics skills. Result Oriented. Have skills/experience in 2 or more of the following key areas: o Communications Development and Delivery o Supply Chain Talent Management o Supply and Demand Collaboration o Value Architecture & Realization o Workforce Scheduling. 3 or more of these adjectives or titles describe you: Relationship builder, Effective communicator, Diversity & Inclusion advocate, Problem solver, Resilient, Adaptable, Continuous learner, Innovator, Detail-oriented, Negotiator, Collaborator.
