We have a fantastic opportunity for a RSSL Pharmaceutical Training Trainer to join our team.

This role will support the RSSL Pharmaceutical training team.

The job holder will assist with the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training programs in partnership with subject matter experts.

Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities

A thorough understanding of Good Manufacture Practice (GMP) guidelines and a proven track records of working in GMP laboratory is required. Experience in preparing and delivering training courses will be advantageous for the role.

Based on your scientific insights you will assist in the following activities:

  • Actively participate a (as course tutor) in the delivery of the courses run by SMEs (50%)
  • Prepare updates or conduct training courses, holds seminars and discussion groups
  • Provide support for virtual platforms used for courses - learn and contribute to digital development and streamlining of internal processes.
  • Support SMEs during virtual discussion forums and facilitate courses on different platforms as part of the training team rota
  • Assist SMEs (Tutors) during meetings with clients, provide advice, guidance and training courses for companies working within the life science sector
  • Serve as a content knowledge trainer for training courses and recommendations for clients' deliverables
  • Collaborate with the Commercial and Marketing team to promote Training courses and events.
  • Provide support for Training business development direction
  • With SMEs' support, write and refresh marketing training literature
  • Proactively engage with clients to support their training and development needs
  • Represent RSSL during courses run in clients' premises
  • Analise and report feedback findings.
  • Continuously develop yourself as a trainer - demonstrate professional curiosity and the desire to learn and do more. Support digitalisation of the Training business

Work as part of an efficient training team. Escalation of any issues to Training Group Leader Communicate openly and work to the highest levels of quality and integrity

Work to the highest standards of safety and quality by ensuring that appropriate COSHHs, risk assessments and SOPs are understood and followed

Advanced IT skills

Educated to Degree level

Experience
Routine use of all standard Microsoft Office tools - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
First-hand Customer Communication (Face to Face and/or Telephone)
Use of CRM and/or LMS systems
Use of social media in commercial setting
