Property Inspector / Inventory Clerk Via bespoke software held on an iPad, compile detailed reports which record the overall condition of a property prior to any tenants moving in. Re-visiting the properties midway through an active tenancy to check on the condition, produce a brief report and then dispatch this to the relevant landlord concerned. Discussing with the tenants in occupation any maintenance-based issues that may be evident. Where relevant, liaising with our Property Managers to ensure maintenance based issues are resolved. Property Inspector / Inventory Clerk If the property is not being maintained to an acceptable condition you will discuss this with the tenants whilst at the property and put a simple plan in place with them to improve the situation.
