Supply Chain Administrator

Supply Chain Administrator (6 month temporary) Sheffield - £23,000 - £25,000Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a highly successful growing manufacturing business based in Sheffield who are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator to support the team on an initial 6 month contract. As Supply Chain Administrator you will work closely with the purchasing and logistics teams and provide ongoing administrative support. With the growth of the business there is an opportunity after the 6 month contract that it may go permanent. Supply Chain Administrator Responsibilities:
Regularly updating the internal ERP system
Record keeping and administration of all imports and exports
Assist with the dispatching of shipping goods to customers on time
Keeping abreast of sales orders, shipping times, customer specific packaging requirements, ensuring the goods arrive at the customers destination in good condition
Invoicing goods out
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders
Prepare online presentation to banks for authorisation of goods
Working with supply chain to expedite goods
Reviewing import transport/ charges invoices to ensure that invoiced amount is correct Working Hours: 7:45am 4:15pm Monday to Thursday and 7:45am 12:45pm Friday.Required Skills & Experience:
Supply Chain or Logistics Administration experience
IT literate with a working knowledge of logistics software
Organisation and the ability to prioritise workload
Working to tight deadlines In Return Youll Receive:
