The role will be carrying out surveys and assessments for RIBA Stage 5 projects for both residential and commercial buildings across the North West. Required Skills & Experience - 5+ Years in construction with 2+ years working as a Surveyor / Building Control Surveyor - Experienced in fire stopping - Must be MRICS, MCABE, MIFIREE, MCIOB or working towards - Understanding of building pathology, building concepts, construction typology and building materials - Experience with EWS1 Surveys would be advantageous - UK Driving Licence and own vehicle is essential.
