In joining, you'll help our clients understand and evolve the way they align Information Technology with their business strategy, create integrated end to end solutions, and use enterprise applications to solve complex business problems.

About the team:

In the Technology Strategy & Advisory team, we help our customers turn enterprise-wide operation practices into competitive advantage through the introduction of emerging and disruptive technologies. We develop a clear picture of how technology can drive value in synch with their strategic priorities. We help them build an end-to-end technology adoption journey and define the underlying IT operating model as well the delivery framework to realise the expected benefits and in doing so establish a solid foundation for future growth.

We expect you to:

  • Produce a technology capability assessment and consolidate opportunities to drive efficiencies and identify areas requiring investment
  • Develop digital strategies to support the transition into a technology enabled business growth. This include digital capabilities, digital tools, innovating digital products/services and digitising processes
  • Elaborate a business case for business led, technology enabled transformative investments
  • Conduct cost and IT benchmarking and support customers identify potential technology vendors
  • Contribute to bids and sales, developing our community of practice as well as creating assets and offerings.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in Capability Architecture Planning, Capability Driven Tech. Roadmaps/Blueprints, Enterprise/Functional Strategic Planning, High Level Target Operating Model, Business Case/Financial Modeling, Value Realization, Tech Solution Evaluation and Selection
  • Demonstrable technical credentials in IT/Business architecture (eg: TOGAF),, Cloud transformation (eg: AWS, Azure),IT back-office solutions (SAP, Oracle, SalesForce)
  • Proven experience in the delivery of cross-industry large scale / complex transformation and understanding of the interaction of both business and IT elements
  • Demonstrable experience in gaining buy-in and influencing C-suite level stakeholders and developing business opportunities
  • Ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team of highly motivated, top performing and technically enthusiast individuals
