Derbyshire County Council are seeking our new Head of HR Operations. The role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, strategically minded HR professional to join a team that are dedicated to delivering Strategic and Operational excellence across the whole of the Council.
The role will see you leading the HR Business Partner network, embedding the HR Advice and Support provision to the council and further enabling the HR Advisory Service to Schools. You will work with your counterpart Heads of Functions within HR to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction and transformational change.
You'll also be with working closely with Trade Unions at a regional and local level and will be leading engagement, consultation and negotiation of policy change and key initiatives. It's critical that you have experience in facilitating the development of Trade Union relationships and have driven conflict resolution processes on multiple occasions.
