Study Programme Manager for Military and Protective Services -Duchy College, Stoke Climsland - £26,000 to £28,000 - Closing Date: 4 January 22 - Hours per week: 37 hours - Weeks per year: 52 - Interview Date: 13 January 2022

If you are an exceptional Military and Protective Services lecturer, you should consider a move to an exciting forward-thinking college, in one of the most beautiful parts of the country, to become a key member of staff within our successful Military and Protective Services department in Cornwall.

Based at Duchy Stoke, we are looking for an experienced individual to manage all aspects of the Study Programme(s) and provide a positive experience for all learners enrolled that enables them to achieve to their maximum potential.

In collaboration with the CAM/HoC to be accountable for all aspects of the learner journey from initial marketing, promotion, initial advice and guidance and solely responsible for successful learner progression and careers advice, achievement, recording destinations, programme design and consistently high levels of teaching, learning and assessment.

Applicants must have a passion for all aspects of the Military and Protective Services (MAPs) and a real interest in facilitating the development of our learners and courses. The MAPs courses have an outstanding reputation across the south west of England; it's essential that the new postholder has the drive and ambition to continue this excellent work and enhance this very strong department.
