Requirements

Management and Architecture

  • Programme Management, large scale transformation programme
  • Execution of Agile architecture definition in an Agile delivery model
  • E2E Architecture definition and strategy experience
  • Cloud Automation experience
  • DevOps strategy and related Op model experience

Digital Architecture

  • Solid understanding of the technology market in areas such as Digital Experience Platforms, Personalisation, Marketing Automation, E-commerce, and applications of emerging technologies in the market.

  • In-depth digital platform experience, including awareness of the latest techniques, standards and best practices. Proven track record of delivering complex platforms at scale in both B2B and B2C settings

  • Experience of one or more market-leading Digital Experience Platforms such as Salesforce, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Cloud, Acquia or Pega would be an advantage.

  • Experience of one or more market leading Service platforms such as Salesforce, Genesys, Teliopti, Amazon Connect, Azure PBX.

  • Demonstrable understanding and experience of designing modern digital architectures, including JamStack, modern JavaScript applications (e.g. React, Angular, Vue), mobile architectures and development approaches (including native, hybrid, PWA), cloud native architectures on key cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and headless/decoupled/coupled Architecture as well as wider modular and composable architecture patterns.

  • Good all-round understanding of modern software development in a Digital environment, including awareness of best practices and standards in accessibility, security and user experience

  • Awareness of best practice in enterprise integration, microservices, API development, security and scalability - ideally with experience/certification in one or more architecture methodologies

  • Hands on ability on any of the following: Java, C#, Python, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, JavaScript, Node.JS, React, Angular, SASS, Less
