As a member of the Asset Service and Client Support Team you will excel in providing excellent client service in a value-add support model to internal and external clients in relation to DTCC's Asset Servicing products and other services. A keen eye for detail, a focus on excellent customer service and ability to handle a varied workload including web, email, and phone inquiries as well as project involvement are essential qualities for a successful team member.
Your Primary Responsibilities

Determining how to promptly resolve client inquiries using internal and external resources.
Analyzing prospectus' and Agent statements to calculate, challenge, and confirm information posted to DTC's systems including announcement data, rate calculations and payment details.
Managing clients via phone, email, and web case in an effort to deliver high quality customer service and ensure timely resolutions to client inquiries.
Developing strong working relationships with our clients as well as relevant third-party groups.
Prioritizing workload and identifying potential risks within daily activities.
Ability to multitask during periods of high volume and escalate accordingly.

Talents Needed for Success:

Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience but not essential
Strong organization, analytical, and communication skills
Adaptable to change and eager to learn new concepts/skills
Experienced MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SalesForce experience desirable
Previous Customer Service experience highly desirable
Knowledge of the Financial Markets preferred but not necessary
Ability to work well independently as well as in a team

Note this role comes with an attractive shift allowance of 3500 per annum
