Interviewing candidates over the phone and within branch, including candidate registrations. Advertising and marketing client vacancies, through relevant job boards and social media platforms. Arranging and managing interviews. Carrying out any necessary pre-employment and compliance checks in line with: company policy, relevant legislation and client specific onboarding processes. The Ideal Candidate: Sales and Customer service focused. Motivated and enthusiastic manner. Excellent time management skills - able to manage conflicting or changing priorities on a daily basis. Resilient attitude with a problem-solving approach. Experience in working to targets. Confident in speaking on the phone. Previous recruitment experience would be preferred. Experience recruiting within the driving and industrial sectors would be a great advantage but not essential.
