Liaise with clients to glean an appropriate amount of information regarding their request and send it to the Operations Manager for review Ensure that each project is added to the diary in a timely manner Generate Purchase Orders for any project associated costs, as and when required Assist with all required elements for compliance with Company Procedures/UKAS/HSE To comply with all procedures forming the Company Quality Control System including Regulations, HSE/UKAS guidance and in-house procedures documented within this Quality Manual Attend training courses as and when required Attend meetings as required Collaborate and co-operate with the wider team supporting the Senior Operations Assistant Experience required for the Operations Assistant: Previous experience of working within a busy, fast paced environment is ESSENTIAL You must be a confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills Education to include GCSEs in Maths and English Solid IT skills with competency in MS Office Suite UK work experience is ESSENTIAL Hours of work are 35 hours per week: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
