This digital transformation has gone really well and overall, the business has been doing great. In terms of their design function, they're in a really interesting spot. Having introduced design-led thinking into the business a few years back, they've really seen it come into fruition over the last year or so and with that, the business has invested more and more into design. With this, they've expanded the team a few times and are now looking for a specialist UX Researcher to join as well. As an organisation, they're one of the best at bringing graduate/junior talent in and investing into upskilling them but for this role, they're ideally looking for someone that can come in and hit the ground running. The role involves Working on all stages of project design, you will be required to tap into your boundless creativity to design unique professional environments. Provide design support from execution to completion this can involve concept research, producing mood boards, space planning, detail drawings, graphic design, selecting finishes and furniture and getting involved in the project management of delivering the works on site.
