This role requires a law graduate or equivalent, who has gained further qualifications such as their LPC or SQE or experience working within a law firm. Job duties: Being responsible for own case load from start to finish Managing high volumes of PI claims Liaising with external organisations Assisting with initial instructions including client contact, telephone interviews and appointments Providing assistance to client where relevant Assisting with collecting notes and reviewing and researching legal matters Drafting letters to clients Carrying out other admin duties when required Instructing counsel and preparing infant settlement hearings Requirements: Knowledge with legal procedures A genuine interest in litigation and law Demonstrable experience within a law firm OR proven interest to work within law demonstrated by further qualifications within law.
